FALL FASHION

I work in Fashion, so naturally I am drawn to trends, however Fall Fashion doesn’t have to be solely about trends, it should be about style & you can be stylish even if you’re discerning with trends, picking only those which fit your personal style. There is a difference between trends and style. Trends are seasonal and fade over time, especially fads (short lived trends). Style on the other hand is timeless, withstands the test of time, it’s classic, sophisticated, elevated & rich without being pretentious. Style is also very personal, so you should pick and choose what you like…

HOW TO STYLE WINTER BOOTS

I’ve lived in Poland for the first 10 years of my life and then in Canada ever since, yet I still dread the cold of winter! People always assume that because you’ve always been living in a cold part of the world that you should be used to it; I don’t blame them, adapting to any environment is human, but I found other ways of making it work: warm clothes & the right pair of winter boots does the trick! Hence why I decided to show you guys how to style winter boots to keep your look elevated and your…

ONE TOP TWO OUTFITS

Classic, minimal, versatile, timeless & comfortable, those 5 words perfectly summarize the type of pieces I’m gravitating towards lately. My closet is getting filled with more neutrals, quality pieces & clothes that I can easily mix & match. I love when I can take one item of clothing and create multiple outfits, which is why I partnered with TOBI to show you how you can take one top and easily create two outfits by simply switching out the bottom from a skirt to short! Mixing and matching is a great way to avoid overpacking while you travel. We might not…

MY WORK FROM HOME UNIFORM & WHY IT SHOULD BE YOURS …

This is a story about my work from home uniform: why I prefer it over PJs and why you should consider it too! Once upon a time, life has come to a halt and a large amount of people started working from home. At 1st, the idea of getting out of bed a 9am and sinking into our home office chairs with a cup of coffee in hand while wearing PJs seemed like a gift sent from heaven. Now don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love working from home: I’m much more productive (less interruptions and meetings), I can focus…

SPRING WORK OUTFIT

Spring is finally around the corner and I’ve spent a lot of time re-thinking & re-defining my personal style. I’ve been doing some research on Pinterest, creating mood boards and purging my closet. I want my style to be more polished, minimalist & sophisticated. I’m gearing towards investing in quality pieces and well-tailored clothing that I can easily mix and match with my existing wardrobe. Fashion will always have my ear, but I don’t want to follow it blindly. I want to pick and choose from what’s trendy & incorporate pieces in my wardrobe that will withstand the test of…

NYC STREETSTYLE

The Pantone colour of the year 2020 is Classic Blue and given that it’s one of my fave colours, I knew that one of my NYFW outfits had to have a pop of blue! I styled this beautiful blue C/Meo Collection wool coat with a neutral outfit: Aritzia cream sweater & silk skirt! I topped off the outfit with these Aldo Priella dark pink booties , a beige beret, and Chanel handbag & brooch. You can easily take this outfit from the streets on NYC to your office! Whenever I’m styling outfits for NYFW, I always stay true to myself and…

NYFW

This NYFW did not get off to a great start when I woke up to a text from Olya who could not make her flight due to illness (thankfully she has fully recovered)! Needless to say, I dove in with low expectations and a bit of pessimism, but as it turns out this has been my best NYFW yet! I got to see some of my favourite designers (such as Rebecca Minkoff & Tibi), I met some amazing bloggers from all over the USA & I discovered an amazing photographer Marta, who took stunning pictures & happened to be a…
